You may be able to stuff yourself into shoes that are too small and you may be able to walk around in them, but it's painful and uncomfortable. Forcing yourself to follow a diet that worked for someone else is the same thing. It's not something you can keep up and when it doesn't work, it won't be because you don't have the willpower to achieve the results, it's because you were trying to wear shoes in the wrong size!
